Binxadinx Games signs another illustrator!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Binxadinx Games has hired illustrator Sierra Bosse, to join lead Illustrator Cam Kendell, for their third game: Start Your Rockets! This will be their first “big box” game. Thematically, it is a racing game set in the Rocket Ranchers universe, however, full details of the mechanics and gameplay have not been revealed. Currently, the main focus is on the successful funding of Rocket Ranchers on Kickstarter ($25,000, 500% funding) as well as their next game, Silk & Venom.
Bosse (sareilynn.wixsite.com/portfolio) lives in Sarasota, FL. Her current work involves explorations in children’s literature, book/magazine cover design, and board game illustration. In her downtime, she enjoys crafting, reading, watching animated shows, and playing video games.
“Sierra may be new to the scene but she is incredibly talented and will do an amazing job working with Cam on this project,” said David Bock about signing Bosse. “We discovered her when she joined our Discord community! ” Cam Kendell, illustrator of Rocket Ranchers and lead illustrator for Start Your Rockets is excited to work with her on the project, noting her obvious talent. Bosse is attending Ringling College of Art and Design, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and a focus in Illustration.
Binxadinx Games plans on crowdfunding Silk & Venom at the end of 2024 or early 2025 after the retail release of Rocket Ranchers. The game is a press-your-luck game for all ages. Just like with Rocket Ranchers, it will include advanced rules for experienced gamers. Start Your Rockets will launch on Kickstarter in 2025 after the retail release of Silk & Venom.
